I was the caller and it was fun.
21 lbs - shot at 2 ft from where we sat - in fact he shot the dang blind as I go excited - the only thing I saw was his tail fan tips of the center ark. I could have plucked them if I was quick enouhg! Now that is close! Spurs both and inch and bd 9
Then this week it is 4th season in WI Well DATE 5/5/10 Subspecies: Eastern State: Wisconsin Shot Distance: 12 yds. Time of Day: 6:13 am Weight 23lb. 8 oz Beard Length - 8.875" Right Spur - 1.125" Left Spur - 1.0625"
NWTF SCORE IS 63.125
Pics to follow!
Next week I have a Camo McCoy and yet another Wisc. tag. I am to take an 80 yr old farmer out and he has found us 4 nice toms who have been together! One of my bucket list dreams is to be able to whack a pair where we each get one. Another was shooting em up close and personal and witnessing that 2 ft shot! Well only better thing would be to grab their neck and hang on!
